Nutrition workshops with Georgia Wakefield from Food SavvyGeorgia Wakefield, Food Savvy Dietician, Nutrition Consultant We Have 6 different workshops both at Kelburn and Pipitea starting in March. Each workshop will cover a different topic such as gut health, choosing whole food over packaged food, label reading and others.

" Wow – huge order. Beetroot too! Kids love the red potatoes. N actually asked when the fruit basket was coming as we were running low on last night! We didn’t get an order last week as we were afraid we would get another HUGE cabbage. The vege/fruit is v/fresh and lasts well."
